Born and raised in Elizabeth, New Jersey, Alonzo Hamburger Jones is an iconic comedian who first gained national attention in the nineties following appearances on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam.

He’s also appeared on Showtime at the Apollo, BET ComicView, Apollo Comedy Hour and Byron Allen’s Comics Unleashed.

More recently Hamburger has been parodied on Saturday Night Live and the animated series, Family Guy.

Hamburger’s debut special is set to be released in 2025.
